Together, we’ll work to deepen your self-understanding, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) practicing in association with Lakeside Psychological and Educational Services in Burlington, Ontario.
I support individuals on their therapeutic journeys as they navigate experiences such as anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, self-doubt, depression, grief, and intimate partner violence. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a belief in each person's capacity for growth and healing.
I hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University with Distinction, a Master's degree in Criminology from the University of Toronto, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brock University. I am also certified in Narrative Therapy through the Windz Centre.
In addition to my clinical work, I bring over a decade of experience in community safety and crime prevention, alongside nearly five years of direct mental health practice. This diverse background informs my therapeutic lens and deepens my commitment to walking alongside clients with care, respect, and understanding.
