ABOUT

Meet Julie Moscato

I provide compassionate therapy for women navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the pressures of modern living, offering a calm, safe space to share, heal, and find practical ways to ease the overwhelm.

JULIE MOSCATO \\ Moscato Counselling & Psychotherapy

My practice is shaped by the understanding that every woman’s story is layered. No two experiences of anxiety, postpartum shifts, or life transitions look the same, which is why each session is tailored to your needs, your pace, and your lived experience. Whether we’re exploring patterns in your thoughts, grounding your nervous system, or gently unpacking the weight of a transition, the work is always collaborative. You’re not expected to show up with the answers – we’ll discover them together, one step at a time.

For many women, daily life can feel like a lot to carry. Between work, relationships, and constant change, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself.
Therapy offers a quiet place to pause, reflect, and begin finding your way back to steadiness.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) working with women in Burlington and virtually across Ontario who are experiencing stress, postpartum challenges, anxiety during or after pregnancy, or major life transitions. I understand how these seasons can bring both uncertainty and emotional weight, and my goal is to offer a space that feels calm, validating, and grounded from the very beginning.

Together, we move at a pace that feels right for you. We’ll explore what’s been feeling heavy, understand how it’s affecting your daily life, and identify practical strategies that support your well-being. My hope is that this work helps you feel more confident, more connected to yourself, and more equipped to navigate the complexities of life with care and clarity.

I believe every woman should have access to A calm, compassionate space to understand what she’s carrying and find a way forward.
